How to target specialty markets

It's possible to create specialty market categories, such as aged (55 years and older) communities, new constructions, or one-story homes. Follow these steps to update an existing market to target a special category.

1. Log into your IDX dashboard and click on the markets tab.
   
2. Click on the name of an existing market.
   
3. Scroll down to the filters imported from iHomeFinder and click the "More" button.
   
4. Under property features, select the property features category you'd like to filter by, then click View Results to preview.
   
5. You can adjust the filters as needed, then click Save once you're happy with the results.
