Add a Market into IDX CRM

Markets are folders within IDX that filter homes by location, price range, square footage, etc. After creating a market, you can add it to the website you created with our site builder.

To create a new market:

1. Navigate to account.idxhome.com/markets
   
2. Click "Add a Market"
3. Enter the following fields as desired
   
   • Name (display name)
   • Type (MLS search or manual)
   • Property type
   • Locations
4. If you want to display foreclosed homes, click the "Distressed" box near the bottom of the page.
   
5. Click Save.

Now that the market is created, you can follow these steps to add it to your website using WordPress.

Notes

• If you'd like to filter for commercial properties or land buys, you can select those under "Property Type."
